Membership card is applicable to any PACSÖL operating in Hong Kong.
Membership is personal to the Member only and is not transferrable.
To use or redeem any privileges, discounts and offers, please present a valid membership card before payment. Black-out dates apply.
Discounts, rewards, gift and offers must be redeem before expired. Please refer to the expiry date on the membership card.
*Eligible Spending applies to retail transactions made by way of electronic payment (credit card, debit card or EPS) only at PACSÖL which including all outlets from time to time in the official directory, website and apps. The amount of Eligible Spending is based on the net spending amount, which is final amount as shown on the electronic payment slip. The use of any discount offers, cash rebate and any forms of credit card rebate dollars like cash dollars will not be taken into account. In particular, Eligible Spending does not include any of the following spending: (i) Spending at PACSÖL lounge and Concierge; (ii) Spending on car parks; (iii) store credits, purchase of cash vouchers, purchase of or adding value to gift cards; (iv) other transactions including but not limited to membership bill payment, purchase of or adding value to pre-paid value cards (including the authorized or fraudulent transactions recorded by hand written payment slips and any transactions without electronic payment slips and/or merchant sales receipts); (v) online purchase, mail, fax or phone orders, and (vi) any transactions and payments made by cash and/or Octopus system.
PACSÖL points, discounts, rewards, gifts and/or any rebate offers are not transferrable. Each Eligible Spending only record for ONE member only under the same name of the electronic transactions. Combining points from multiple members for redemptions cannot be accepted.
Discounts, rewards, gifts and / or cash rebate vouchers may not applicable to purchase designated products or services or in conjunction with any other offer and or discounts, please contact customer service for any inquiry.
Discounts and or offers are not applicable for service charge, plastic bag levy
Discounts, rewards, gifts and cash rebate vouchers are not redeeming for
cash and no change in cash for payment
PACSÖL & the company reserves the final decision in case of any dispute
